Moi University wishes to inform all candidates who qualify for the Conferment of various Degrees and Award of Diplomas for the 2025/2026 Academic Year that the 49th Graduation Ceremony has been rescheduled.
The ceremony will now take place on Thursday, 10th December 2026 (and NOT on 3rd December 2026 as earlier communicated).
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUANDS
It is the responsibility of each graduating candidate to ensure the following requirements are met prior to graduation:
- Academic Results Verification: Confirm academic results with your respective Dean of School.
- Name Verification & Spelling: Confirm the exact spelling and order of your full name as guided by your Certificate of Admission. (Note: Names will appear in the Degree/Diploma Certificates in the order and spelling recorded in the Graduation list/Booklet).
- Financial Clearance: Clear all pending tuition fees and any outstanding university charges.
DEADLINE: All queries, corrections or outstanding clearance issues must be submitted to the Dean of your respective School on or before Tuesday, 10th November 2026.
