Moi University wishes to inform all candidates who qualify for the Conferment of various Degrees and Award of Diplomas at the end of the 2025/2026 Academic Year that the 49th Graduation Ceremony will be held on Thursday, 10th December 2026.
Action Required for Graduating Candidates:
It is the responsibility of each candidate to ensure the following before the graduation date:
- Confirm Academic Results: Verify your exam results with your respective Deans of Schools.
- Verify Name Details & Order: Confirm your full names, exact spelling, and name order as guided by your Certificate of Admission. Names on your degree/diploma certificate will be printed exactly as they appear in the official Graduation List and Booklet.
- Clear Financial Obligations: Ensure all pending fees and institutional charges are fully cleared.
DEADLINE: All name amendments and result queries must be resolved with the Dean of your respective School on or before 10th November 2026.
