The graduation list is available in Schools. Some Schools have posted the lists on the School Notice Boards.

If your name is not on the graduation list, kindly contact the Dean of your School.

i.    Login to your student portal
ii.   There will be a graduation tab on your dashboard. Click on it and proceed as prompted.

i. Confirm that your name is in the graduation list as directed in (1) above.
ii. If your name is not in the graduation list, follow the advice in (2) above.
iii. If your name is in the graduation list, contact us through the email below mugraduation@mu.ac.ke

Student portal is accessible via the link https://portal.mu.ac.ke/

To reset the password the student needs to:
i. Load the link above
ii. Click the forgot password option
iii. Key in the registration number
iv. Choose the email as the mode of reset
v. Open your email and use the generated password to login.

Check the Announcement for details on making payment

Students are advised to liaise with the School accountants to confirm the overpayment. They will be advised from there if the overpayment can be used to pay graduation fee.

The student is advised to retype the email address or (copy and paste the email address as is in the system) and confirm that it is correct. There should be no spaces before and after the email address.

A Student who wishes to request for change of name should contact the Dean of their school for guidance.

A Student who wishes to request for change of order of name should contact the admissions office. Email: admissions@mu.ac.ke

Students are advised to start online clearance process immediately after graduation.
